What difference does it make whether you bought it at market price or as a killer deal 3 years ago?

Vacancy is a killer. 

I had this happen in Texas on every flip i funded there appraisals always below what we sold it for.. so I left the state not to mention tax's were a killer..

The city will hunt you down like your the next Zodiac Killer and make your life hell. 

I've used Roebic Foaming Root killer on a periodic basis to keep some of my pipes clear that had roots invade them.

I'm brokered out of Keller Williams and I know most other agents will beg and plead you to come to their brokerage but the Keller Williams reputation speaks for itself and I know the teams KW has in Tampa are killer! 

Investors with the ability and confidence to walk into a property and accurately estimate rehab costs have a huge advantage in this market, but it looks like inspections periods are becoming deal killers – at least in hot markets.Are inspection periods killing deals in your area?

These days nearly every home sells, even if they're ugly and need work.I'd be temped to just do the basics....make sure yard is immaculate, even if you have to take over the care...mow every week, use weed killer and water. 

It's not a complete killer, but it does impact returns.. so there's one big advantage!

This could be an affordable housing killer for a town that really needs affordable housing.
