I actually do not know any PM companies that I believe are reputable in Hartford.You can DM me with town information and I'd be happy to talk about management or tell you other PM companies in the area that I believe are reputable.

ADU zone expansion is not certain, and even then who knows what the rules will be (owner-occupied requirement, etc).

I know it’s more difficult to sell this so I’m looking for a company or group of Investors that would be willing to buy as is.

I’ve taken a million classes, read a million books and countless meetups but I know the best way to learn is by doing.

I think I know the answer to this question already, but want to make sure I am not missing anything (plus I am still learning). 

If you know of any specific groups or events that might be helpful, I’d love to hear your suggestions.

If it's a lender that does not allow me to speak to an underwriter, see guidelines, or speak to an account manager, I will try not to work with them, unless I know the Account Executive is very experienced.
