The university and the Air Force base are a continuous source of renters as well as incoming transplants.  

I am a little familiar with it I went to Rutgers University and my friend lived near the area, and I'd visit often but know little about renters and such.

Bank owned property close to university and central housing areas, that provide consistent rental income.

We tend to see rent by the room more common for students around universities in MA at least.

If it gets worse, which it could given that the assumed reasons are pollution and global warming, it could eventually wreak havoc on the country's tourism industry, especially Punta Cana.

Also, one of the universities is adding a medical school to one of the hospitals here, it is due to open next spring if I am not mistaken.
