I am hoping to get more involved in the BiggerPockets community and glean valuable information from so many of you who have done this so successfully time and again.

You guys have the real life experience, so I'm trying my best to glean what I can from this place.

Again, I'm no expert on this, just sharing what I have gleaned from my own research on the subject as I have explored the same question.

There is a lot of content that can be gleaned from just the $20 book knowledge.  

TD and US Bank are my best recommendations.I've gleaned these lenders from the kind people on BP.

You might be asked to do a lot of remedial tasks, but the point is you will be there involved in the business to glean as much information as possible.

I found Bigger Pockets while surfing trying to glean some tips for starting out.

If you can't glean enough info this way, find a Landlord that posts on there & ask if they feel like your pricing estimate is accurate (if you ask humbly and in a nice way, most ppl in real estate are pretty helpful)
