New and ready to take the leap

After reading a few of Brandon Turner and David Greene's books, I am ready to jump into the world of real estate investing. While I love my job as a financial advisor, my goal is to build a side hustle that eventually evolves into enough of an income generator to displace what my family needs. I am interested in exploring low and no money down investment options as a starting point and potentially scaling up to larger investments from there. I am hoping to get more involved in the BiggerPockets community and glean valuable information from so many of you who have done this so successfully time and again.

My team host happy hours in the INDY area every third thursday of the month. I would encourage you to come out & meet some investors. The experience levels are a very wide range & could be a good place to learn some strategies to get off the ground in REI.
