It’s a shoe repair store so it will only have a few machines and some shelves.

This means having systems in place as I age so that I am not the only cog in the machine.

Working with Companies like Comcast, AT&T, Sprint, NRG, Appliance Repair Services, Lawn Care, And now full time sell vehicles for Volkswagen as well as a fruitful used lot of Audi’s, BMW’s, Porches mostly foreign engineering.

So I go there to get the checks and drain the coins out of the laundry machines, I don’t mind the activity and often meet a tenant or two.

Having recently transferred to a new department, I am able to take advantage of the radio silence in the machine and listen to 7-8 Bigger Pockets Podcasts per shift!

One other question, though: what kind of high-end working professional goes for coin operated washing machines over in-unit setups?

As your machines break down make sure to replace them with the max capacity ones.
