"I am a wholesaler and looking for agents", won't cut it sadly, unless you are blindingly gorgeousness like me! 

10 states have laws making it illegal to share the commission with the buyer. 13 states have laws requiring minimum service requirements for agents/brokers, so in these states that might be hard to pull off because the broker has to do the work regardless if the client wants it or not.

Using them does have many advantages for agents who use their website designs.

Take the total equity they have in the property and compare it again the MLS recent sales for (age of building, square footage of building and rooms/bathrooms). 

From a numbers stand point EXP is far better for agents, from an education stand point EXP in my opinion is far superior as well. 

In the hotel business, the rehab and sell method has been around for ages, but the difference is that it takes years.
