I agree with Stan about hauling with a wheel barrel, but that depends if you have teenage boys working out for the football team, cheap slave labor works, LOL.

I would rent out 1 unit for 2400/month and the other for 1200/month. 3)This is true for most students (frat guys, football players) but in my experience at many different houses in the area that are rented to college students, they generally take good care of the property if the owner takes good care of them and the property as well.
