This is a very unusual mood for me to introduce myself, but I've been hitting too many walls and seeing deals fly by without enough manpower or systems in place to catch them in time.

I'm quite familiar with Bryson City and Lake Fontana...spent many days flying around Tail of the Dragon over at Deals Gap:)    Beautiful country and proximity to Atlanta makes it a high traffic VR area.  

Obviously i can fly in periodically for due diligence  etc  but do you guys/girls think it is a bad idea? 

Pick your market - then fly there on "a three hour tour, a three hour tour".

Not to mention I am sure since these fly by night classes are teaching a supposedly easy way to make money the market is flooded.

I attend the one that meets every Tuesday noon - 1pm at the Flying Saucer in the Triangle.  

@Brian Bistolfo I spent a lot of time on the phone getting to know people and flying out there multiple times to build those strong relationships. 

If I were going to move back to Miami in order to be near the airport to fly out on my trips, I would have an apartment with nothing in it that I would worry about.

Anything good is flying off the shelf within days, many multiple offer situations.
