The open house was a flip, really nicely done - had it been 2018 or 2019 I think this home would have gotten multiple offers listed at just under $2 million but I don't think as many people want to live in San Francisco as pre-COVID.

Is there a DSCR loan available for refinancing self-storage properties in the $700,000 to $1 million range with a reasonable interest rate of 6.5% to 8%, or are DSCR loans only for residential investments?

A good number of homes in the surrounding area have been renovated and are fetching $260k+ in SP....however I'm having a hard time trying to price mine for market.

I’ve been wondering how long it took to amass $1 million dollars net worth for those of you who have achieved it?

We're several million homes short as it is and we're not even keeping up with the new household formations so that number is getting worse and not better.Now when you talk permitting and government, you're talking something completely different. 

There are some homes under $1 million, first time I"ve seen this since 2018.

In my view it more useful to focus on the total asset value rather than the number of properties in the LLC.I have found that filing the 1065 for a partnership LLC is simpler when the total asset value is less than 1 million.

You know, like when a politician creates 20 shell companies with his family that have no sources of income, then they suddenly receives a payment of $3.5 million from a Russian politician, then that money is immediately chopped up and shuffled out of the company.Rules for thee, but not for me.
