Majority of countries offer possibilities of buying houses and apartments, which is not what i'm looking for.If anyone has any idea or heard of any place that allows foreigners to purchase LAND somewhat painlessly, please let me know.

Probably both.... the LLC will have to have an address (california) and have to be set up as a foreign entity to do business in Florida.
