The worst PM imitation I ever had the misfortune of employing

Seems like a bait and switch wannabe guru play...

I decided at the beginning I only wanted to rent to people who were gainfully employed (or students that had gainfully employed parents), had no criminal record, decent credit scores, no charge offs or bankruptcies, steady & stable job history, and the like.

They basically sent me the same bait.

We call the employer, and we never use the phone number provided by the applicant because they could be routing us to a friend or family member.

Another option would be to look at areas recently damaged from Hurricanes, a lot of Snow Birds will be ready to cut bait on their properties

Ask questions about their rental history, employment, and reasons for moving.3.

Go to school and finish “ No Quitting” One went to college and graduated, with no debt because they worked all through college and applied to enough scholarships to make your head spin.One left home early and found consistent employment currently a young supervisor( now married with kids)The last one stayed home like first one got a trade in the electrical field (graduated).Then I told them no outside debt, you are getting houses.
