They have been studies demonstrating that suburban living is not automatically a healthier, better quality of life.  

It is no wonder that politicians wildly overspend, as they are part of a nation which has been wildly overspending.Rejecting the culture of debt and embracing a culture of wealth will return us to the happiness and freedom which are our birthright.I am the author.

Embrace it! 

Just be sure you understand the rules and focus your efforts on how to grow your wealth by embracing the rules, trying to understand why the rules are one way or another is unproductive in my opinion...

The American embrace of urban living was thriving before the pandemic. 

The tech industry has embraced it and numerous companies are relocating to Texas.

I did NOT think this way for a long time and still struggle to fully embrace it, then a client that I was helping buy a 5th and 6th rental property in my market (and HIS market) told me that he had not yet been in the first four. 

And we don't have supply, because old people live longer and healthier.2.)

More expensive houses don't mean a good school district and healthier living conditions.

Knowing all the three dimensions allows you to embrace investments that may be light on one dimension but heavy in another.
