@Joel Owens - Yes it is a little embarrassing to share that we make so much yet have little cash.

In properties with a high degree of deferred maintenance and / or structural issues, making a realistic offer should be considered without concern to the agents level of embarrassment of the offer. 

Of course sometimes people lie out of embarrassment.

You look very exciting to me, makes me think of something pressurise that wants to explode but does not know in which direction. my five cents is, be wiling to embarrassed yourself and go find an investor to work for even if is for free, that is going  to give you enough confidence to move and start your explotion.

The hope (gamble) is by the time you leave, market rents will have risen to the point where the property will cash flow.Life in general here is awesome (apart from the hideous smog and embarrassing schools).

I told him Dude you should be flat embarrassed just because we are from CA OR and you think we are made of money and Stupid to boot.. your putting out pee poor product and no way going to buy something from you..

Instead think of it as an embarrassing offer.

Even the hint of a lie is an embarrassment that can barely be borne.

Be willing to be the newbie who doesn't always have the answer and don't feel embarrassed to ask.

It’s embarrassing and sad to know this happened with a Realtor.
