Good day BP-Eastern CT Community,New investor from the RI/CT border, I've been looking at properties in the Norwich, CT Area, I'm seeing some value, but would like some one local to bounce ideas off of, if there time there could be lunch at the Harp & Dragon.My goal would be preferably 12 units and up, but I do see some high quality 6 units listed in the area around McKinley Avenue and in and around town.

I am looking to purchase our first vacation rental in the Poconos area of eastern PA, and I'm looking for referrals for investor-friendly realtors in that area.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I am moving to Havelock North Carolina soon and am looking to purchase a multi family property of 2-4 units in Eastern NC.

I invest mostly in Eastern NC, and have had much better luck there.

I currently live in Manhattan, travel between NY and eastern PA weekly to see family, and am looking to buy my first multifamily property.

Currently, I am flipping vacant land with a focus in eastern Tennessee. 

And a great park on the eastern side in Cheesman.RiNo/FivePointsLarimer Street is a hip industrial newer section of town.
