I checked their reviews which were very low.   

they look like they have a legitimate website but I'm not seeing them on here or any google reviews which is a little fishy (unless google is just not showing me for some reason)

I always recommend you do some google reviews and BBB reviews on any training program first to see what they say as well as BP reviews.As it relates to note training as a whole - I can pretty much tell everyone there is not a notes training course out there that will get you flipping notes.

Most of my funds are in flips though, and small faction in stocks; i prefer some diversity, and cryptocurrency is another option to branch out too.

@Stephen Kehoe - my worry is that after I house hack for a year by living in the basement and renting the upper floors, an inspector will need to review the property to obtain a rental license as I will no longer be living there and is considered a rental SF.

Also work with trusted lenders, look for reviews, etc .. since there are many unqualified loan officers pushing term sheets to get you to pay for an appraisal and switch the terms on you at the very last minute.
