Hey, I went down my usual list (all local credit unions) that had the best rates 6 months ago, this one was the best one that I used for my last mortgage.

This was just listed on the market, and boasted a great return.

Last year my best deal came from calling the tax delinquent list.

If every rental listing has a washer dryer included that market expects it and you should have them there.

We work closely with the listing agent to get documentation and we start making aggressive, contingent offers on replacement properties as soon as the inspection contingency closes on the sale. 

Since Airbnb remits at the state level when I see high numbers (or low) of what I am remitting for other OTAs/direct I then drill down to make sure listings are optimized on all channels.

The house, if listed to sell, would likely be in the $320k range.

So, did you put more than $30k in cash in the deal as listed in the investment info?
