It's takes away some of the fear from unfamiliar jargon flying around you :)(I don't know if they still offer it, but I was able to take free pre-license classes from Coldwell Banker back in 2004, I just had to sign something saying that if I did become an agent it would initially be through them.)I won't lie to you: Working full time and getting started in real estate after hours can be tough, but it's definitely do-able - with some discipline.

My Monday-Friday schedule is pretty open as I can schedule my crews and send out contracts when simply feel like it.I joined a gym one year ago for the first time since the 80s and have learned about setting personal goals, discipline and how getting the results I'm seeing truly motivates me to go even further.

I've avoided all that nonsense for 20+ years by acquiring excellent newer properties in the better middle and upper middle class neighborhoods and putting into place top shelf professional management that clearly understands that everyone's life is made much easier long term by screening for only the best tenants and treating them accordingly.A very simple solution, but one that takes a bit of discipline to actually follow.
