Maybe by the fall you will bite the bullet and pay someone real money to get in there and do what needs to be done, and they'll finish somewhere around November (because they'll have the demo the hack work the other contractors did).

Has anyone had experience with getting home manufactures to set demo units on lots and offer to finance them for new tenants? 

Its a 1400sf basically new build plumbing job as all old plumbing has been demoed.

I considered tile but (1) it’s expensive to demo once it’s out of style/favor with tenants, and (2) it’s more expensive (I think)We’re still open to it, but we’re going to try a thicker vinyl first and see how that goes.

It was in such poor shape (which the seller understood) that if they moved we would have to demo/trash the mobile home and place a new one there along with other cleanup on the property.
