I've indeed enjoyed interacting with you in the forums before and I always like to read your contributions and I really like what you do.When somebody writes something that is factually incorrect or something that could be misinterpreted, it is always delicate to set the record straight without offending the person and I hate contradicting and offending.

Therefore, they're going to have to address these issues at some point ... they might as well handle it with you and close the deal sooner rather than later.That said, it sounds as though you're in a rather delicate situation. 

Hey @Grant DePaolo and @Amy Hu we use Sandstone Realty for our property management and they have been great.

There's really no delicate way to say this, except to stress that I am getting many, many more times the things done than he is getting done.

We operate off of experienced guestimates salted with a rose coloured optimistic outlook.

Owners that actually trust tenants to take proper care of the unit are viewing life through rose coloured glasses.

I've tried to be delicate with the few who have asked, like, "the grass could've been a little long or maybe I just like the house."

It's always that delicate middle ground balance between avoiding the complete idiots who do terrible work, and not being able to afford the top quality contractors who would charge too much to make the deal profitable for us.
