Hi Matthew, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

Cleveland has best in class healthcare institutions (Cleveland Clinic, University Health, Metro) and I wouldn’t be shocked if funding to them increased significantly over the next years due to this pandemic.

In my years of providing care in nursing homes, geriatric clinics, ALFs and hospice, I had not seen that before.

There is a huge health care industry with the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals.
