One of my tenants has 7 children and they are very respectful, A/B students, involved in church so one time I brought them all ice cream from the ice cream truck.

Many people are involved with family/church on Sundays.

I've had churches that my tenants already had a connection with provide temporary help but that was about it.

I love it when my property manager comes to me and says that she has tenant that is using a church or government agency to help pay the bills.  

Ghettos are generally lower income areas with high rates of unemployment and people on fixed incomes (disability, social security, etc) lower property values, lower rated schools, poorly maintained properties, empty lots and an overabundance of churches, nail/hair/barber shops and liquor stores.Warzones typically embody all the elements of a ghetto but also include overt gang activities, prostitution, drug dealing/using and lots of vagrants/homeless people.

Went and viewed some properties after church & checked on our rental with my investing partner, now all ready for the game....go Seahawks & Russell Wilson!!!

Where's the "professional" at the homeless shelters or churches that I volunteer at?

Looking for some operating costs and purchase product.Have funds to do normal home shows, car shows, was at Bassmaster Classic in Tulsa OK this year, but Sturgis will be a little bigger scale.Enjoy the input, do have to get ready for Church service, will check back in a bit.
