I did notice the high tax rate, so perhaps I should leave this area on the back burner for now.  

I will keep them on the back burner for now.I ended up going with a Google Voice for an entity I expect extremely low call volume on and just getting another number through my existing provider for the business I expect more phone traffic with.

It's down for service so OH well, Not a life changer, or something I'd comp for.But I wouldn't have accepted a service warranty call from Samsung and been put on the back burner, I would have packed it up and returned it in a heartbeat.
