:help: I am filling out a contract...and assignment contract, for a property, I'm down to the part where it says hereby assigns all rights to said contract to: person's name("Assignee") in exchange for compensation in the amount of __$___________________________________.the exchange part is where I'm drawing a blank...do I put the purchase price of the property, or would I put what I'm making off of the property here.

He recommends much longer terms then my money guys would consider.He does advise if you into this category, he can provide you a great course he has put together for just such an occasion that runs depending on option either $597 or $ 797.3 - Write on a scale of 1-10 (10 = Highly Recommended / 1 = Don't Recommend at All) or use our emoticons to let people know whether or not you recommend it. e.g.

Landlord is littlebit crazy kind (On one occasion when I complained about some minor issues he started shouting and screaming over the phone with lots of F*** words since then I actually stopped communicating to him) and I think I may have to involve authorities, if that stage is reached where should I complain or should I just get the help of attorney.In any case I would appreciate your response and help in my problem.thanks in advance,Rental7

I have on RARE occasion, rented to someone with a green thumb and actually liked doing it, but they are a needle in a haystack.If the neighborhood is truly known for it's landscaping, you want to have a professional do it (just build it into the rent price) and then one of your great selling points in advertising your property is that "professional landscaping" included!

If that is true, and and most homeowners are in denial, then why do over 40% of the owners in foreclosure, file for Bankruptcy (Chapter 13 is most common and Chapter 7 is filed on occasion)?
