:help: I am filling out a contract...and assignment contract, for a property, I'm down to the part where it says hereby assigns all rights to said contract to: person's name("Assignee") in exchange for compensation in the amount of __$___________________________________.the exchange part is where I'm drawing a blank...do I put the purchase price of the property, or would I put what I'm making off of the property here.

One thing you might consider is that you may potentially use the same (other than a few "fill-in-the-blanks") contract for lots of deals.
