attorney for real estate deal?
Do you really need an attorney to look over a contract before you buy a property. IT seems like a big waste to me especially for 350 dollars. What is the average going rate for an attorney to do this? I won’t skip on the home inspection but I would like to on this if it’s a ok thing. Thanks.
