My comments:First, there are great posts in this thread I cannot rival.

At that point, I decided I wanted to get bigger, and had to swallow the bitter pill of giving up some of my hard earned cashflow to a 3rd party property management company so that I could keep my sanity, my job and my family life while continuing to grow the business.  

Kudos for taking your lessons and not letting bitterness swallow you up. 

They are on different sides of the river and are rival gangs.

Because I know she is going to try and use it against me, Im not losing my place over a cat and a bitter women. 

Will trip to the courthouse reveal that rival siblings inherited the home and can’t agree on terms for selling the property?

(I've seen nominal prices of homes rival or surpass 2006 levels, so I'm thinking maybe the Case Shiller index is also adjusted for inflation?
