At the same time, it's hard to see some sort of V-shape recovery as even if half of the 30M unemployed get their job back, we're still at GFC unemployment numbers...i.e. a recession.

STR aka AirBNB Co-cross sex renting is normal and normally no issues... ( all doors have Digital Locks)Recovery homes or Safe houses... etc need to be single sex: dont want sex abused people, or drug recovery, or alcohol recovering mix of sexes in one house...  

Otherwise I think rates will drift in the current area or even lower depending on economic recovery speed. 

There's going to be a long recovery ahead of us but once we get our hands around a vaccine and as long as we keep social distancing I think we will come out of this OK.

Interest rates are really low right now compared to a historical 50 year average and assets are priced well as some asset classes are at the bottom of the recovery cycle and just starting to go up.
