Last year you would see camera crews at the real foreclosure auction, now they pay actors and create drama.

These bad actors target out of state buyers from expensive areas.

I want them to adopt specific rules about what is acceptable and what is not, and how long they get to act or decide not to act on a complaint.

The community is open to change but lacks determined and effective leadership to get things done.Would it be a charity act or a solid business model for landlords in these areas to support those who advocate for betterments surrounding their property?

I consider any law that requires any gun buyer or owner to act or perform in any dictated manner as a gun restriction or a function of gun control.
