The tech industry here is booming.

Boom, no more mortgage to pay! 

I’ve seen few boom & bust cycles in my lifetime and I feel this is no different.  

I know the market is booming in that area.

We had an employee who assisted with acquisitions and he recently left the company abruptly.

But the catch is you also need to be able to do the work cheaper than everyone else as well, construction is booming in the bay area.
