Thanks in todays world there is no such thing as anonymity.

I ask many questions back to help them, but they see this as an affront because it's not what they asked for.The greatest coaches in the world will tell you to arrive prepared, do your research, and ask good questions to get the best answers.

And lastly--even though I could go on for hours--the residential assisted living model is the most impactful opportunity in real estate to get paid to do good in the world.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I live next to the largest Navy base in the world in Norfolk VA.
