We are currently using Sage 50 for accounting; AppFolio for the property management; Quickbooks Time (formerly Tsheets) for time keeping and GPS tracking of W-2 maintenance workers and leasing agents; Follow-Up Boss for our leasing agents for VOIP and CRM; and Buildertrend for the major rehabs and new construction. 

With that being said, as Snoop Dogg's dad sagely advised, "Snoop Doggy Dog, you need a jobby job!"

As a kid, my mother would tell me "look it up in the dictionary/encyclopedia" (when those existed) - Sage advice - She knew the answer, but she also realized that I would learn more by doing the research and reading it myself, rather than simply giving me the answer.

Although these animals often have therapeutic benefits, they are not individually trained to perform specific tasks for their handlers.

Although I am not totally un-handy, I learned long ago that unless I find it therapeutic, to stay away from getting involved on the projects.
