I used to do Home Inspections as a part of GC gig, and I always prioritized the problems in terms of importance.

So you don’t waste your timelooking at all locations, prioritize and pick locations that put youin a more favorable location between your future competitionand your residential customers.

Of course price is important to us and our property owners, but we need to trust the company will be professional, has all the proper insurance, etc. and can prioritize work as required. 

Investing with sponsors who have a proven track record and who prioritize capital preservation helps ensure that they will protect your investments and do what they say they’re going to do.Changing market and economic conditions are always a risk.

Reason being, these loans take longer to close and sellers who are looking to close quickly will oftentimes prioritize other offers.

@Tony Zhang the only thing I would add is that after you follow the advice of the folks here and prioritize what is what, weigh whether the tenant requested repairs can be completed for increased rent...$600 in upgrades for $1,200/yr in increased rent is a no brainer...
