The main building on the property is two-story. 3 bed 2 bath apartment on top and a restaurant/bar on the first floor.

You can confirm with SF Planning, but it sounds like you need submit a pink application with a cost valuation of $1 and request for non-conforming use change from Class M to Class A

Cicero still has access to the Chicago Pink like which I really like and if they ever extended it Berwyn would too. 

What I did was found a home that was stuck in the 80s (I'm talking pink sinks and paint everywhere) and bought that.

So far so good my tenants upstairs are great.Anyhow I want to update my bathroom as it is very outdated it has pink tiles all around.

My last flip was navy siding with a pink door and white windows.  

There are buyers that are tickled pink by a deal.....right up until they discover how much profit the other guy will make.Silly isn't it?

We use Alex Kaster at Citywide Rentals who we are extremely happy with but if we didn't use Alex, we'd use Mike Baron at PMI or Ed Riggenbach at Welcome Home Milwaukee. 

Vast amounts of land along Southwest Parkway, Barton Creek, and Northwest Travis County were taken out of play for the Golden-Cheeked Warbler and some other bird (I don't recall), and saving the Salamanders in Baron Springs.
