Again, many threads will tell you that for one single family home its over kill (and yes, some on BP do have LLC's for a single family home or a group of them, and some of them have "frankstein loans" and some know that they have to pay for the commercial loan).

Again, getting with a CPA is best before picking the type of entity (including an LLC with only a single property - seems a bit overkill and you can pick up a 1M liability policy that should shield personal and rental properties).
