In the show it says the last few years have been tough.What that means is he is barely hanging on.These guys make more money from the TV appearances,seminars,etc. than the sales they are getting.I saw Madison on an agent only board trying to huck and new real estate system for agents to give them "MASSIVE RESULTS" hah!
