In this county there was only 1 McDonalds that close and it closed to move a block away at a traffic light, from there former location in the middle of the block not at a traffic signal. 

Median price point is a hard line you can look uo for every municipality and it cuts it right down the middle: above median (A and B) and below median (C and D).

We may do something like this in the future so that we don't have to deal with the chaos of getting a new one when these items wear out...usually right in the middle of a guest stay.  :-)Hope that helps.Mike

Most of us are not fans of this middle. 

A big part of this was the belief that there simply wasn't any way out of the situation I was in except maybe a very narrow educational out to the middle class.The first rule of life for me was to HAVE RICH PARENTS.

Less competition and honestly I stay in middle class to lower middle class properties.

Your numbers are pretty detailed, but I think it really depends on your goals.Anything other than a 5-star review will kill you slowly on Airbnb so I would just be worried that you are trying to hid the middle, but that will be a lot harder if there are nice ones and other reasonably priced lodging near you.

There are two units in the middle on the other side one occupied by a salon, and the middle occupied by another barber and myself.

The next hurdle is getting the work completed before reaching the deadline to use those funds since the contractors I've been using are in the middle of another project.

You see...that is a great industry in either making none or a ton...there is little middle class.
