Figured I'd just show the bottom line so to speak. * Flip Payments = Personal cash + all loan repayments received* Income Received = All Loan repayments (this includes payments from my Own capital I put in upfront, so I'm getting my principle back)* Passive Income received = True passive income from the leverage concept.

One needs to simply stroke a check pay it off then figure out how to get their money back out of the deal by either selling or refinancing this is the ONLY way to protect the sellers credit.
