Hey all - Stumbled into a new SFR net lease strategy after purchasing my first self-managed SFR in South Florida.

I am here to create a business strategy that protects personal and business investments and mitigates risk,  procure a coach or mentor, and set up tax strategies to create long-term wealth for myself and my family.

Clarify your strategy—whether it's rentals, flips, or house hacking—and build a team of agents, lenders, and contractors.

There are definitely areas where you could repeat a similar strategy but with even better cash flow.If you’re ever looking at growing your portfolio elsewhere, I come across off-market deals that could align with what you’re looking for.

.- Does anyone see any flaws or can offer some improvements/considerations to the financing strategy of this plan? 

I’d focus on property types that align with my strategy, leveraging financing options that fit my budget.

We liked the idea of partnership on a bigger project with the specific MTR strategy in order to increase NOI and exit in 3-5 years.

RBTR is his primary strategy in DFW and can probably share a few tips/recommendations with you.
