That requires you to be able to send them a certified letter or have a process server hand-deliver the notice. 

The proceedings went on for two years because the mortgage company couldn't show that the house was vacant but also couldn't prove that the notice was delivered/received by the prior owner. 

I had to hand deliver the notice to him because he refuses to sign for registered mail when it is delivered to him.  

The one time I took a flier from a lender at Us Bank, the man lied to me, to make me want to work with him by offering terms he couldn't deliver on. 

I can tell you if their drivers deliver there or not.

If the agent blows me off for more than 24 hours, I get it delivered to the original seller by hand through a carrier.

They generally do not deliver un-assembled, as they are actually put together on a jig, and nailed together.

I am not planning on driving the routes - would need to have a manager & dispatcher while having trucks and drivers actually drive the routes and deliver packages.The businesses seem to be quite strong cash-flow-wise but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to get into this business.Would appreciate any feedback on this.Thanks.

The STR's that are going to do well are the ones that are run well and deliver an exceptional stay.

If you are looking at returned mail, that’s especially prone to smudging because it gets run through the sorting machines a few additional times to make sure there’s no other place to deliver it.
