Here we have heat pumps so I will check it out and such next week.I will do all the bathroom plumbing new fixtures and cabinet/door handles myself.Thinking about laminate flooring, I will pull old carpet up myself, tile in kitchen and bathrooms still good.

I am not sure if they can come up with 10% down payment right a way especially they may need reserve money to install fire alarm equipment and fixture in the property for patients safety and code compliance in the next 3 months.

He makes the homes way above average with really nice fixtures, show worthy kitchens and master suites, etc. and he knows so much about all forms of construction that if he hires someone, he knows if they are doing the job right.

He wanted me to replace or install fan/light/ heater fixtures in two bath rooms and I quoted him $240.00 per unit or bath room and he came back at me with an offer to let me to 200 units each with 2 bathrooms if I would reduce my price to $150.00 per bath room. 

I have entertained the idea of getting my real estate license (so we could be saving money on our buys and sells) as well as helping take care of the odds and ends errands that eats into my husband’s time (running to stores for materials, fixtures, etc.).

Being a tenant for 3.5 years the unit was accepted with the original paint I never re-painted nor did I ever use pictures, curtains or any wall fixtures given the apt was very nice and I didn't want to have issues when I left.

Being  a versed stock market enthusiast, I began to do a little math one morning for ***** and giggles while I smoked my cigarette and drank the 1st cup of coffee for the day....
