In Crown Point for example, it would be unusual to see a For Rent sign as they rent out that fast.

And the end RESULT is what, a 95% "attrition rate," due to all of us trying to "sling rocks" at: the NAR, MLS, banksters, DC, the Crown, Temple BAR, etc. 

I'm concerned about the aesthetic aspect being a turn off for potential future buyers or tenants.The plan is to run the tubing behind existing crown molding that will be removed, modified, and reinstalled with the tubes running behind it.  

.- build front porch + railing + paint- tile upstairs bathroom, install vanity and fixtures- tile downstairs bathroom, finish creating shower enclosure- tile kitchen backsplash, finish putting in cabinets- tile kitchen and basement floors + steps- stain hardwood floors (already sanded ready to go)- install crown molding throughout- install various baseboards, railings, etc- paint entire interior- rewire one conduit (was in a closet we ripped out, so now it needs to be relocated to a nearby wall)- fix fences and stain back deck- landscape front and back of propertyThis project needs to be finished quickly so someone who can get to work this week would be ideal.  

Current trying to find a good deal in the BedStuy, Bushwick, Crown Heights for a 3-4 unit. 

I liked the class A areas likeDyer, Schererville, Crown point and few class B+.I'm trying to understand what rental price range of houses get rented faster.

Homes in good school districts get higher rents, have lower vacancies, and have generally better tenants.It doesn't need to be the crown jewel school district.
