So I just purchased a new home to live in......they started out at 269,900 for it.......bought it for 192,500....decent deal. Made the wifey happy, the only real reason we bought it.....Plan to live in it, and she hated our current home, so any decent deal worked for me
~1350 square feet
~3 bedrooms
~1 bathroom

Here it is: (doesn't look too bad from the outside)

Decent sized yard

New Trex deck under neath all the garbage

Washer/dryer area

Back porch/den/who the hell knows what room.....look at the windows. If you sit in there, you cna't see out of it...not really sure what I plan to do with this room yet :banghead:

1 car garage underneath house (for her to park in)

Nice walls....
Kitchen (not replacing cabinets right now...just repaint, and new hardware/flooring)

Play room for daughter (carpet/paint/recessed lighting)

Office/3rd bedroom (the walls have wallpaper on them...so I sanded the seams, and spackled over them.....holy nightmare...never had so much spackling in my life

Daughters bedroom...spackle again :banghead:

Bathroom....new vanity, mirror, lighting, toilet, spray tile, white granite floor, recaulk, new fixtures....

Dining room with the floor from hell

See all these little staples? yeah they cover the dining room floor as well

Living room

This wall had paneling over it....as well as the green wallpaper under it

Master bedroom: forgot to take pics.....just paint, floors, modlings, crown, new closet doors, done

All this, in 30 days. I have a tenant moving in to the house I currently live in on December first...so it needs to be down.

Oh yeah, the whole house is covered in hardwoords as well...like in the dining area.......those are getting redone too......all by December 1

(Copied this thread from my VW site I have it posted on...these pics are from November 2....new pics are coming)
