I’m pretty sure investors from Australia were taken advantage of half a dozen years ago.

I am very new to this, and I'm getting stuck on trying to estimate the rehab costs.I live in Australia (investing in Chicago area), so it's not possible to visit the properties myself. 

My situation is a bit different than most in that I have recently moved from Australia and am not a US citizen.

I have been living in Australia the last few years and my wife and I have had delays getting things  in place to get back stateside (she is Aussie, international visa issues suck, talk the ultimate buaeracracy long story short). 

Ditch the whiny babies and go find a real one.I have folks lined up for my buyer's list all the way to Australia...I need more buyers like a hole in the head.
