Hey, my wife and I have recently acquired a 3 bed 2 bath house in Perth Australia, and we are thinking of renting it out for short term rental. This would allow us to use it from time to time too when we are visiting.

Because we live in Dubai ourselves, we are inclined to consider property management too. Is there anyone here that can point us in the direction of a local operator that we can interview?
