Its much easier in the stock market because it costs less money and you can appl stock every Wed if you want to.

I just did a blog post here on Biggerpockets where I showed the how the interest was calculated month-by-month on a property lien that just redeemed after 3 years.Link to blog post.I have an image of the spreadsheet that if you click on it, it will show larger and you can see each month. 

Also for the delay my fiance and I are saving for a wedding in August which I know is not a wise financial investment but her mom has stage 4 breast cancer being in a coma less than a year ago and we all want her to be here for that event. 

There is one in Totowa this Wed, next week in Union County and throughout the month in Newark and Jersey City.Definitely keep learning and use this site to your advantage.

I am in no way wed to Roofstock but if what I think is a good deal for me comes up on Roofstock I am going to take it and I couldn't imagine why you wouldnt do the same but what can I tell you.
