My goal was to build enough capital to have enough down for my own rental properties but havent been able to get a single deal since (tough market) that is until i partnered up with another team who are getting dozens of preforeclosures at a deep discount and either shortsale or wholesale them. my question is, how can i find investors interested in those properties on this app?

I know that today's market is hot, and there are is a lot of competition between buyers, but I think this trend of waiving inspection contingencies for first time homebuyers, or primary residence buyers really puts people in tough spots.

Unfortunately, this has led to a dearth or workers that know how to handle a loan application with rentals.LESSON TO LEARN: just make sure your lender is doing this, or find a more competent one.Suggestion: take time to go over your debt ratio with your lender and make sure YOU understand how they calculate it.

I have a mainly STR portfolio but we started a management company that has a half dozen full or close to full time workers because we felt that at the time the 3 STR’s we had was so much work we needed to either go bigger and outsource or stop because it was driving us crazy we also have basically 90+ percent occupancy year round and have check in’s and outs basically every day.
