Here's the quote "Well we couldn't get the gas turned on because of bad valves and unions that was the $100 charge, nothing to do with the agreement it was a service call and we can;t have gas leaking out into unit."

Haven't had the time to scour and find deals locally and don't feel very comfortable committing a ton of capital at today's retail prices (unless it was for owner-occupied).I've heard both sides of opinions on where today's market is heading and I'm not completely confident either way.
