Hypothetically speaking, if I had 20 different properties that I did short term rentals with, is there the potential to create a personal branded website where people could book my rentals directly from my website?

The bigger brands have lots of red tape and processes they follow.

Brand new kitchen and bathrooms.

No off brand equipment, Goodman & Payne are two reliable, budget friendly brands.

I am very interested in flipping because I believe my eye for design is one of my best assets.I am brand new to Real Estate Investing but am ready to dive in!

Also, as you can probably tell, I’m brand new to this.

So my husband and I are brand new, I mean we only started looking at the possibility of buying and renting out properties seriously in the last 2 months.
