After reading through various forums, I find myself very excited about the prospects of engaging with like minded individuals.

Nobody imagined their leases would be “useless” because of government intervention authorizing no evictions (closed courts) and social-media-led rent strikes.

Direct mail, I buy houses signs, I buy houses t-shirts and social media ads all work well to get you in front of property owners.
