This is a great thread, I just set mine up last week and got a decent lead off of 6 clicks or so and looked at my market and its pretty wide open for organic searches, which surprises me here in the ATL as competitive as it is around here.I've done some adwords stuff before, but its been a while...just reading this thread has made me rethink some things.

I have no problem with failing or making mistakes......bring it on, I say.I stay away from gurus and unrealistic success stories.To be honest I am pretty happy with the number of calls I am getting, and it's great practice for me to dial in my phone skills.

The more info. you have the less time it will for them to say yes and they'll see that you're organized.

Being mentored is also a skill.
